Corrections Policy

Send a correction through Contact with the page URL, disputed statement, exact model or platform and an official supporting source. Include the document section and country edition where relevant. Do not send passwords, serial numbers or private documents.

What we review

We compare the reported issue with the current source, its scope and any conflicting documentation. A plausible claim without evidence remains an open question. We can temporarily qualify or remove a specific finding when it cannot be supported.

How changes are shown

Material factual corrections include a note on the affected page explaining the changed finding and correction date. Ordinary spelling, formatting and link repairs can be made without a separate note. A date update alone must not imply a new physical test or complete re-verification of every specification.

No response-time promise

We do not promise a fixed response time or a personal answer to every submission. Reports identifying a practical compatibility or safety error receive priority over cosmetic suggestions. Manufacturer support remains the appropriate route for warranty, repairs and device-specific service.
