Effective October 6, 2026. This policy describes data handling on Print Use Lab. For a privacy request or a question for the site operator, use Contact. This is an independent publishing project; no separate incorporated company is claimed.
Calculator inputs
Calculator arithmetic runs in your browser. Inputs are not uploaded, persisted by the tools or included in analytics events. We do not require a user account to read guides or use tools.
Contact messages
The contact form processes your name, email address, message and your agreement to the stated purpose so the operator can respond or investigate a correction. The message is delivered through the site’s mail service to its configured mailbox; it is not intentionally published. Do not include sensitive documents or credentials. The form uses a short-lived keyed hash of the email address to limit repeated submissions.
Security and hosting
Hostinger provides hosting and backups; Cloudflare provides DNS, delivery and security. These providers can process connection details such as IP addresses, request information and security logs under their services. WordPress processes authentication cookies for administrators. Login abuse controls use temporary keyed values rather than publishing login data.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics, when a real measurement account is configured, loads only after an affirmative optional choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to guides or tools. Calculator values and contact contents are excluded. Page URLs sent to analytics omit query strings, and advertising signals are disabled. See Cookies for browser storage and withdrawal.
Advertising and affiliates
No advertising code or affiliate tracking is active at launch. If these are introduced, this policy and the relevant disclosures must describe the actual providers and data processing before activation. The site does not claim AdSense approval.
Retention and your requests
Contact messages are kept only as needed for the enquiry, correction or related records. You may ask to access, correct or delete a message, withdraw optional analytics permission or raise a privacy concern through Contact. The operator may need to verify a request before disclosing data. Provider logs and backups have their own retention schedules; deleting a live record does not imply immediate removal from every rotating backup.
